Astral Projection

A MYTH OR TRUTH ?

Astral projection is a practice where a person's soul or consciousness leaves the physical body and travels to different planes of existence. This phenomenon has been documented for thousands of years and its origins are still somewhat unknown. There are numerous accounts from cultures all around the world, suggesting that it is an experience available to all people.

The history of Astral projection dates back to ancient times. Many cultures had stories about shamans and healers being able to leave their bodies and travel into other realms or even see far away places in their own mind’s eye. While these ancient accounts were based on faith, modern studies have shown that astral projection may actually be real.

The feeling during Astral projection can be described as weightlessness, peacefulness and freedom. It is believed that the experience allows you to expand your awareness and explore new realities in ways which can help with personal growth and understanding the universe at large. People often report feeling a sense of euphoria while they are travelling outside of their body, making it a highly sought-after spiritual experience.
If you want to perform Astral projection there are some steps you can take to increase your chances of success: find a comfortable space where you won't be disturbed; practice relaxation techniques like yoga, breathing exercises or meditation; set your intention (i.e., focus on what you would like to experience during your astral travel); make use of lucid dreaming supplements or binaural beats (optional). During this process, you may start experiencing sensations such as vibrations or ringing in your ears as well as visual distortions such as swirling patterns or bright lights – all signs that you are entering the state of altered consciousness required for successful astral travel.

The experiences reported by those who have performed Astral projection vary widely depending on the individual. Some people describe feelings of floating through space or otherworldly locations filled with incredible creatures; others say they met deities, guides or ascended masters during their journey; many note that their perspective changed dramatically afterwards due to new insights they gained while travelling in spirit form.

The after effects of Astral projection usually involve a feeling of joy and calmness once returned from the journey; however, it is important to remember that if this practice isn’t done properly it could result in adverse reactions such as depression, anxiety, confusion and more severe symptoms associated with trauma or extreme spiritual distress. It is important to use caution when engaging in any type of spiritual activity and only attempt astral projection under guidance from an experienced teacher/mentor if possible.
